Mary Anna made this for his grandson after Frank's passing Sara and Shaun In March, 2006, Sara & Judy opened a home directly across the street from Moore Elderly Care.  In the beginning, Rysella's was run as a corporate adult foster care home managed by Sara. In september, 2008, Sara and Shaun moved into the home and they now operate as family foster care. Sara has an associates degree as a human services specialist, is a certified nursing assistant, and TMA. Sara had worked at Moore Elderly Care for 5 years, and has a lot of experience in caring for developmentally disabled, chemically dependant, mentally ill, and elderly. This home is dedicated to the memory of Edith Rysella Finley Balcome (pictured above in upper left corner). Edith was Judy's mother and Sara's grandmother. Edith had a stroke and became dependant on others for her care. Judy took her in her home and cared for her for 4 years before she passed away. Edith was the reason that Judy started Adult Foster Care and the inspiration for Sara to follow in her footsteps.
